San Diego Ride For Vets

Love Amazingly Productions and Homeland Magazine present the ‘San Diego Ride for Vet’s’, a four-stop motorcycle ride to benefit Veterans Village of San Diego, Triple Threat support services and many veteran organizations.

SAN DIEGO (April 1, 2015) – LoveAmazinglyProductions, a humanitarian production company based in San Diego, CA and Homeland Magazine proudly presents ‘SD Ride for Vets’, to benefit VVSD, Triple Threat support services and many veteran organizations.

The San Diego Ride for Vets is a four-stop motorcycle ride highlighting veteran organizations and historical landmarks. Registration will be held at the USMC Flying Leathernecks Aviation Museum from 10 am-11:30 am, Saturday, May 9, 2015 located at T-4203 Anderson Ave (off Miramar Rd.). 2nd stop- Fort Rosecrans for Taps by Clayton Becker and Honor Guard. 3rd stop- Veterans Museum and Memorial Center 2115 Park Blvd. (Balboa Park).

In support of the SD Ride for vets, VMMC will be hosting an Arts for Veterans Art Festival from 10am-4pm for the general public. The ‘United We Sew’ Flag will be displayed at the VMMC as the San Diego Children’s Choir sings patriotic songs in honor of our country. Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bccXg1Ebg2Q

A military vehicle will be filled with thank you cards for hospitalized veterans and service members overseas to be presented to “Arts for Veterans” & “The Bert’s Big Thank You”. There will be fun music, food, arts and crafts for everyone.

The final stop will be held at San Diego Harley-Davidson 4645 Morena Blvd., where The Patriot Chef will be hosting a Veteran Barbecue to honor all veterans. Director Joe Ferro and Star Ian Leitch will be riding in Crazy 8 motorcycle club gear from their upcoming movie ‘Exit Zero.’ The veteran oriented move, ‘Exit Zero’ movie trailer will be shown on SD Harley’s Big Screen.
